All cats that we take in are fully vetted as soon as possible. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, testing for feline leukemia and FIV, age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipping. The kitties are fostered in our homes until they are adopted, no matter how long it takes.
Our policy, and a requirement of the state of Missouri, is that we adopt out only spayed or neutered cats. PLEASE SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PETS, and encourage everyone you know to do so, too.
